How long before my wedding do I need to come and look for my bridal gown?

We would recommend to look for your dress about a year before the wedding.  This allows plenty of time for your search for your perfect wedding gown.  It also means you won’t be limited in choice; whilst the majority of designer gowns can take 4-6 months to come in, some designer bridal gowns can take up to 8 months to come in, from date of order to date of arrival in store.  And you should also factor in sufficient time for your dress fittings, which commence approximately 6-8 weeks before your big day.

 

We also have a range of stock dresses that can be purchased off the rail all year round.

Once I have chosen the dress do we have to pay in full?

Each bride has her own personal choice. We offer a 10% discount for paying in full on the day of purchase.  Alternatively, a deposit secures your order and we offer a payment plan.

Do I have to take my dress with me when it arrives in?

Again, this is up to each of our brides’ personal choice.   We offer a free storage facility right up until the day before your wedding. Alternatively brides are welcome to collect them when they arrive in store.  We offer an on-site fitting and alteration service by highly experienced bridal consultants and seamstresses, at highly competitive rates but of course if you have your own dressmaker, you can take your dress (or dresses) with you when they arrive.

Do you have a Sale?

Yes, every year in October. We will always advertise our sale and follow us on Facebook to keep up to date with any announcements.  Sale dresses are also always available at great prices to buy off rail all year round.
